At the Jane Austen Centre, we want you to be completely delighted with your Regency-inspired attire. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our gift shop team via email with your order number and details of the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Parcel

  Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all Jane Austen Centre tags still attached.

• 3.
  Ship to Bath

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your local post office for secure transit back to our Bath location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
